Q: IT’S REALLY ONLY MADE OF CHEESE?

A: Yup! Using patented technologies we remove only the moisture from cheese while keeping all the nutrition and flavour. You’ve never tried anything like this, and we encourage you to share your Moon Cheese generously.

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY? ARE THE ENZYMES IN FOR YOUR MOON CHEESE ANIMAL OR BACTERIAL?

A: The enzymes in our products are 100% bacterial, not animal.

Q: IS MOON CHEESE MADE IN A NUT FREE FACILITY?

A: Yes, totally nut free, Tree Nuts and Peanuts.

Q: WHAT OTHER ALLERGENS IS MOON CHEESE FREE FROM?

A: Peanuts, Soybeans, Eggs, Wheat, Sesame (Canada) and of course Fish and Crustacean.

Q: IS STARCH PUT ON THE CHEESE BEFORE DRYING?

A: We use cellulose as a processing aid (made from the bark of birch trees). We do thorough testing that shows that nothing is left after running it through the process

Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MOON CHEESE?

A: We get asked this a lot. We're a new product but here are some stores where you can find Moon Cheese. Because of the uniqueness of Moon Cheese, you may find us in the deli, healthy snack, high protein, or gluten free sections. If you can't find Moon Cheese at your favorite store, we encourage you to ask an employee or store manager for the best snack in the galaxy.
